Pleasant Bay Community Boating holds a gala fundraiser every year. This year they wanted to focus on some of the partnerships they have developed over time and highlight just a few. This video was played at their Sailabration Gala at the Wequasset Resort in June and was just a small part of a record fundraising success in helping raise over $180,000.00 for PBCB’s programs. They do a hero’s work of giving access to the water to everyone. They’re a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational organization offering boating, marine education, and environmental stewardship opportunities to residents and visitors to the Pleasant Bay Area, dedicated to serving all members of the community including those with physical, developmental and cognitive disabilities, as well as under-served families and at-risk youth.
